Double Storey Extension
with Garage

Before work could begin on this project, an elderly garage unit had to be demolished and fresh footings dug alongside the original property to provide foundations for the new extension.

The ground floor comprised a generously proportioned replacement garage, integral with the house, as well as a sizeable utility room and cloakroom. The first floor was given over to a new bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A new boiler was installed, providing hot water for central heating and domestic use, and as with most of our projects, all the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and all specialist trades were provided by Oak Leaf Building Services.

To complete the project, a new driveway was laid in front of the property, fencing was erected, and the whole area was tidied and made good.
