Double Storey Extension
with New Kitchen

We were particularly pleased with the outcome of this project, feeling that we had achieved good results thanks to the excellent relationship, based on co-operation and understanding, that existed between the customer, architect and builder.

As well as being aesthetically pleasing and architecturally interesting when viewed from the outside, the interior of the property also came together exceptionally well. On the upper floor we constructed a new bedroom with ensuite bathroom, while downstairs there was space for an open, airy and welcoming kitchen and dining area, with toilet and study off to one side.

The multi-function doors from the dining area can be folded all the way back to give clear access to the patio, or opened using just one section to provide a more conventional entry. Three Velux windows in the roof provide generous additional light in the kitchen.

The result is a great example of a really satisfying building
