We recently had an extension to our house built by Oak Leaf Builders. This extension has provided us with a very welcome extra bedroom. I do not usually write letters of recommendation; however, in this instance I feel obliged to do so.

Oak Leaf Builders, from the start showed a remarkable attention to detail, so often lacking in the building trade. They provided us with a Plan which outlined the sequence of works. We therefore knew that four weeks into the works we would be unable to use the bathroom for several days, due to plumbing modifications. This allowed us to make alternative arrangements in good time.

The extension was started on the day they said it would start; it was completed as scheduled. During this period we had a flood due to an unexpected storm. This was not related to the building works or modifications. The team from Oak Leaf could not have worked harder to clear up the damage and put things right, at no additional cost.

A first class company, who I am happy to recommend and thank for an excellent and courteous service.

We contracted Oak Leaf Building Services to construct an extension to our house in August - double storey at side, single storey at rear.

The builders, under the supervision of Charles Bryson-Bond, started the work on the agreed date and worked continuously until the work was finished in December, within the agreed time schedule.

The various sub-contractors were always courteous and trustworthy.
After the work was finished, Mr. Bryson-Bond came back promptly to repair a few minor defects.
